We’re seeking a Senior AI Research Engineer to help us transition from traditional software-as-a-service to results-as-a-service in the compliance space.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior AI Research Engineer to revolutionize how global companies navigate product compliance using cutting-edge AI technologies. You’ll lead the development of innovative NLP and LLM solutions that transform complex regulatory information into actionable intelligence for our global customer base.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with a strong industry track record of building AI solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, etc.
• Extensive experience with transformer architectures and their applications
• Proven industry track record implementing LLM-based solutions
• Experience with semantic search and embedding-based approaches
• Strong background in experimental design and statistical analysis
• Excellence in technical communication and stakeholder management

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in modern AI tools and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc)
• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
• Familiarity with advanced model architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
