REQUIREMENTS

• Ph.D in CS, Data Science, AI or related field from a Global Top 10 institution.
• 5+ years of applied ML/AI experience in an enterprise / multinational corporation (MNC).
• Proven record: patent writing, technical disclosures, publications in top-tier AI venues.
• Demonstrable expertise in privacy-preserving AI and federated learning.
• Hands-on experience building decentralized AI systems (autonomy, scalability, privacy).
• Strong understanding of topology optimization, probabilistic device selection, and game-theoretic techniques.
• Prior experience building platforms for model exchange, incentive alignment, and compliance.
• Proficient in model deployment/testing tools ; with deep experience under adversarial/resource constraints.
• Prior collaborative work with A*STAR or similar agencies , familiar with their research resources and procedures.

• Design, implement, and optimize decentralized AI systems prioritizing autonomy, scalability, and privacy.
• Oversee model deployment and testing in adversarial and resource-constrained environments.
• Develop and deploy solutions using advanced topology optimization, probabilistic device selection, and game-theoretic frameworks.
• Build secure platforms supporting model exchange, incentive alignment, and compliance.
• Collaborate actively on enterprise research projects, especially those involving A*STAR or similar agencies.
