We are looking for a Senior AI Scientist with 8+ years of hands-on AI experience to help drive innovation in our award-winning AI platform, MARCIE.
In this 12-month contract role, you will lead AI research initiatives, apply foundational generative models, and design breakthrough multimodal AI solutions. You will work with a collaborative team of Data Scientists, AI Scientists, ML Scientists, and Analytics Specialists to develop scalable, cloud-native AI applications that power next-generation customer communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
• Proficiency in modern AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, and pandas.
• Strong software development skills in Python, along with experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other foundational AI models.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

• Lead AI research initiatives focused on Content Intelligence use cases for the CCM industry.
• Design and implement state-of-the-art AI models, including Generative AI and Large Foundational Models.
• Develop and maintain scalable AI applications, taking them from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship innovative AI-powered features.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements by attending academic conferences and continuously exploring new research and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of cloud-native AI infrastructure that supports the scalability of Messagepoint’s AI solutions.
