Your contribution:

• You will design, develop and operate modern web applications across our SaaS portfolio (Praxis, Agentic AI, ifap, Therafox, Intermedix, etc.) and work confidently across frontend, backend and DevOps layers.
• You integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences into our products, utilize LLMs, retrieval, tool use and structured workflows, thereby creating real added value for doctors, practice teams and patients.
• You design, develop and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security and developer productivity, and continuously expand shared agents, skills, pipelines and harnesses together with the team.
• You work closely with Product Management, UX, Architecture and Engineering, actively improve the engineering and AI engineering quality within the team, and shape best practices for agentic applications.
• You stay close to the users, understand healthcare workflows, and bring an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.

You bring the following:

• Several years of senior experience in full-stack engineering of modern web applications with in-depth knowledge of at least one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python), ideally with end-to-end responsibility in the product context.
• Completed university degree (Master's or PhD) in computer science, software engineering or a comparable technical field of study with above-average performance.
• Solid practical experience with our core technologies such as React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, C#, Kafka, Terraform and Cloud/DevOps environments (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD); experience with LLM tools such as Azure OpenAI, Anthropic SDK or MCP is a strong plus.
• Proven effective use of AI in software engineering, ideally including Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools (agents, skills, workflows) as well as experience in the design of AI pipelines, harnesses and context engineering.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written, strong problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for innovation, high proactivity, excellent collaboration with Product Management, and a clear alignment with our healthcare purpose and an entrepreneurial mindset.
