Technical depth: Excellent backend knowledge, confident in APIs and system integration; testing, security, and operations are part of your job.
Solution Design & Customer Context: Assess the effort, benefits, feasibility, and risks of AI options and provide reasoned recommendations; as a senior: design solutions directly with the customer.
Technical Leadership: Sharing knowledge within the team and in reviews; as a senior engineer: empowering other engineers technically and creating reusable solutions.
