Talentier Group, an AI Deployment Company, is hiring experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to work directly with international clients on AI and software projects.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You will work with clients to understand their problem, design the right technical solution, build it and help deploy it into their existing environment.
We are looking for engineers who are technically strong, communicate clearly and can take ownership of projects from problem to production.
What You Will Do
- Design practical AI and software solutions based on the client’s needs
- Build and deploy production-ready applications, backend systems and AI solutions
- Integrate new solutions with existing client systems, APIs, databases and infrastructure
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
- Work with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents and related AI technologies where required
- Deploy and manage applications using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Take ownership of projects from initial discovery through production deployment
- Document architectures, integrations and technical decisions clearly
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- At least 3+ years of professional software engineering, backend engineering, AI engineering or machine learning engineering experience
- Strong experience building and deploying production software
- Experience working on real client or enterprise projects
- Experience taking systems from development into production
- Previous client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience is strongly preferred

Candidates should have strong experience with:

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related technical field
- Strong professional experience may be considered in place of a specific postgraduate qualification
