Description

We are looking for a Senior AI staff Developer to join our client's team at Thane (Maharashtra India).We are seeking someone with 6-8 years of professional experience in designing, training, anddeploying advanced AI/ML models across domains such as computer vision, natural languageprocessing, and generative AI. Expertise in Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow is essential, whileexperience in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and edge AI optimization will be a strongplus. In this role, you will build and optimize intelligent models for real-time deployment on AR/VRsmart glasses and immersive systems, while collaborating with hardware, design, and productteams to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences. Your work will directly shape theintelligence, scalability, and impact of next-generation products. Full-Stack AwarenessWhile your primary focus will be AI, exposure to backend (Flask/FastAPI), cloud infra (AWS/GCP), and frontend integration (basic React/JS) will help you deliver end-to-end AIfeatures. Must haves-● Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and applied ML.● Strong experience with computer vision, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning.● Proficiency in MLOps practices – CI/CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, and cloudplatforms (AWS/GCP).● Edge AI deployment: compression, pruning, quantization, optimization for real-timeapplications.● Ability to design data pipelines, run experiments, and evaluate performance metrics. Nice to have-● Spatial or Scene Understanding: Detection, tracking, segmentation, recognition, and 3Dscene analysis.● Data Analytics: Handling large-scale sensor data (IoT, IMU, time-series), applying signalprocessing, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling.● Advanced AI Technologies: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models,Generative AI, and cutting-edge AI innovations. Bonus point for-● Research publications in top AI/ML conferences (CVPR, NeurIPS, etc.).● Contributions to open-source AI frameworks.● Experience with multimodal AI (vision + speech + text).● Familiarity with healthcare AI, AR/VR, or edge computing use cases.
