We’re looking for a Senior Air Export Specialist to join our Montréal team. This is a great opportunity for a logistics professional who thrives on solving complex challenges, enjoys working with Dangerous Goods (DG), and is experienced with CargoWise.

• Manage complex international air export shipments from booking through delivery, with a focus on DG and project cargo.
• Prepare and review DG documentation (IATA DGR, Shippers Declaration, etc.) to ensure full compliance with international regulations.
• Oversee end-to-end export processes including routing, airline bookings, customs compliance, and milestone tracking.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for DG shipments, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring operational excellence.
• Utilize CargoWise for data entry, document generation, tracking, and reporting — helping to streamline workflows and drive efficiency.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, trucking companies, and international partners to ensure smooth cargo movement and problem resolution.
• Support clients directly with status updates, proactive communication, and problem-solving when challenges arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization, compliance audits, and staff training.
