As we continue to expand globally, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Ocean & Air Import/Export Specialist to join our Toronto team.

• Coordinate Shipments: Oversee full-cycle ocean (FCL/LCL) and air import/export shipments, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery.
• Booking & Tracking: Secure cargo bookings and monitor shipments from origin to destination, providing stakeholders with timely updates.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all essential documentation (B/L, AWB, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).
• Customs Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and international trade laws; collaborate with brokers for smooth clearance.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and agents, resolving issues promptly.
• Invoice & Cost Control: Verify freight invoices, manage discrepancies, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal operations and external vendors to maintain high service standards.
