Overview
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst to support our government customer in Europe. The Senior All Source Analyst will possess a deep understanding of intelligence gathering and analysis and have a strong aptitude for synthesizing information from multiple sources to provide comprehensive insights. This role is pivotal to our mission of delivering accurate and actionable intelligence to support decision-making processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Active In Scope TS/SCI clearance.
  • A master’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR a bachelor’s degree, thirteen (13) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree, minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of twenty-two (22) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.
  • Proficient in various intelligence gathering techniques and tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven experience in preparing comprehensive intelligence reports and assessments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with advanced analytical tools and software.
  • Familiarity with geopolitical and military analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s Area of Responsibility/Area of Interest (AOR/AOI), as related to the current situation in Ukraine.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and produce near- and long-term all-source assessments on political, military, economic, social, criminal, terrorism/counterterrorism, or multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues, in accordance with the priority intelligence requirements of CG SAG-U and USAREUR-AF.
  • Prepare timely written and oral assessments by conducting classified research using theater and national level resources, including databases and open-source information.
  • Prepare specialized assessments and briefings related to political, military, and terrorism/counter-terrorism threats, to support a wide range of contingency operations and plans.
  • Interpret complex political and economic developments and deliver concise and coherent briefings on sensitive USAREUR-AF and SAG-U issues to senior leaders.
  • Prepare specialized analytical products, including technical reports and briefings, and perform indications and warnings analysis.
  • Provide quality control in daily reports and long-term projects, including complex data analysis.
  • Populate and maintain the SAG-U Analytical Control Elements (ACE) database.
  • Share information with intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement activities, including coalition, allied, host nation, and national agencies, upon Government approval.
  • Brief subordinate commands on the force protection situation within the SAG-U and USAREUR-AF AOR.
  • Prepare and provide threat assessments and biographic information in support of senior staff officer visits or trips.
