Description

We’re looking for a hybrid Senior Alliances Manager with experience in the digital engagement sector to join our London team.
As a Senior Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Digital Content Partners in the region. You will be expected to develop and execute a partner strategy which will result in a new qualified pipeline, increased brand credibility and ultimately influence target revenue growth across the regions.
This role will require a self-driven, experienced collaborator who has worked in or with DX/CX vendors who form part of the digital content supply chain. They will need to align closely with technology teams, marketing, sales, account management and delivery teams across the region.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years Sales and/or Alliances experience in digital engagement, content management or eCommerce
  • Experience and solid understanding of digital commerce offers and the competitive market
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Experience managing relationships, business development, pipeline and processes
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize partnership management activities would be nice to have
Responsibilities
  • Establish, maintain and grow alliance relationship with digital content partners across the region (UK and Western Europe) at multiple levels including senior stakeholders
  • Develop and support overall GTM strategy for digital commerce partners such as Adobe, Sitecore, Contentful, Contentstack.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical competencies and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans, ultimately opening new pipeline opportunities
  • Align with EPAM solution experts to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
  • Set expectations and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue
  • Track successes and initiate joint client stories
  • Work with our teams to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of partnership status, through deal registration, specialization & certification and general recognition
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events
  • Understand and manage partner’s deal registration and status evaluation criteria by country
