About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Anodising Technician / Supervisor to lead the operation of our newly built manual anodising line for MacBook parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in anodising aluminium, including cleaning, etching, dyeing (especially grey tones), and sealing. You’ll also train and supervise a team to meet our daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the full anodising process: degreasing → etching → anodising → dyeing → sealing
• Prepare and maintain chemical baths (sulfuric acid, dyes, nickel acetate, etc.)
• Troubleshoot common defects (streaking, blotches, poor adhesion)
• Supervise and train line workers (rack loading, rinsing, QC)
• Monitor pH, temperature, and voltage/current levels
• Maintain detailed process logs and quality check reports
• Coordinate with production manager on daily targets (250 units/day)

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in aluminium anodising (decorative or electronic parts)
• Strong understanding of sulfuric acid anodising and organic dyeing (grey, black)
• Ability to mix and adjust chemical concentrations safely
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Experience working in a manual or semi-automated line
