GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel—two seasoned operators who built two 7-figure Amazon brands from scratch and exited them for nearly 8 figures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • $3M+ Amazon brand management or strategic advisory experience (mandatory)
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Amazon PPC – including campaign setup, all campaign types, advanced bidding strategies, keyword harvesting, placements, and performance optimization
  • Amazon fees – FBA, Referral, Low-Price FBA Fees, and how to reduce or optimize each
  • Organic ranking mechanics – leveraging SEO and search-centric PPC synergy
  • Search Query Performance Reports (SQPR) – using insights to drive PPC and SEO growth
  • Tools Mastery:
  • Helium10 (Cerebro, Keyword Tracker, etc.)
  • DataDive (gap analysis, keyword clustering, competitive landscape mapping)
  • Sellerboard or similar platforms for analyzing P&Ls and profit optimization
  • Proven ability to:
  • Optimize CVR and CTR through offer structuring, pricing strategies, and creative testing
  • Apply advanced listing variation strategies to improve organic ranking, ROAS, and profitability
  • Strong analytical mindset with high business acumen
  • High-level expertise in competitor analysis and accurate niche evaluation

Your strategies will be built using expert knowledge of:

  • P&L analysis for uncovering profit optimization opportunities (ads, fees, offers).
  • Deep-dive into Search Query Performance Reports (SQPR) to drive ranking.
  • Competitor research via DataDive & Helium10 to identify keyword and ranking gaps.
  • Conversion rate optimization (CVR) through pricing, offers, and main image strategies.
  • PPC audits and optimizations: campaign structure, TOS placements, keyword targeting, match types, etc.
  • Advanced variation strategies to improve ROAS, CVR, and rankings.
  • SEO tactics for organic ranking growth.
  • Fee-saving opportunities (FBA, Referral, Low-Price Fee optimization).
  • Deal structuring and promotions for organic ranking + CVR boost.
  • Reimbursements & reconciliation—spotting and fixing missed opportunities

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a senior-level Amazon Brand Strategist to help create custom growth roadmaps for 6-, 7-, and 8-figure brands.
If you’ve managed or advised Amazon brands doing $3M+ in annual revenue, and you’re a strategic thinker with deep experience in PPC, fees, SQPR, listing optimization, and organic ranking, this role is for you.
You’ll spend 4–7 hours/day creating brand analysis summaries. We currently do 3–5 brand analyses per day, and each strategy takes 45–90 minutes to complete depending on complexity. The data will be provided by our internal team—you’ll work with them and the brand analysis director to build the strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

90% of your role will focus on building custom growth strategies.
You’ll use provided data, SOPs, your experience, and cross-team input to generate high-impact brand analysis summaries and game plans.

Your strategies will be built using expert knowledge of:
