Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Amazon E-Commerce Manager will oversee all aspects of our Amazon business, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and the seamless operation of our 100+ SKU portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining the leadership position of our top-selling products, launching new products with precision, and employing advanced, ethical strategies to keep us at the forefront of the Amazon marketplace.
This role combines strategic vision with data-driven execution. You’ll work with a team of PPC specialists, listing managers, and creatives to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable workflows that ensure sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Growth & Profitability
  • Own and optimize the Amazon P&L, ensuring year-over-year growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maintain and grow sales of top-performing SKUs.
  • Product Launch & Listing Optimization
  • Lead all aspects of product launches, from keyword research to campaign strategy and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure listings are optimized for conversions and reflect our premium brand.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Build and manage scalable workflows for SKU management to ensure consistent performance across 100+ products.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to competitive and market changes to maintain category leadership.
  • Data-Centric Strategy Implementation
  • Leverage advanced Amazon reports (Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyze PPC performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI in collaboration with the PPC team.
  • Campaign & Promotion Management
  • Plan and execute major campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day) to drive incremental sales.
  • Develop strategies for deals and promotions to optimize sales without compromising profitability.
  • Issue Resolution & Compliance
  • Troubleshoot seller support issues, resolve account health flags, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Develop escalation workflows for swift resolution of critical issues.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Manage a small team of specialists (PPC, creative, and listing managers).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align Amazon strategies with broader company goals.
