What awaits you?

You will be fully responsible for customer projects at leading banks and financial service providers – from the project idea, current state analysis and planning, through project management and monitoring to project implementation.
You can look forward to key topics such as the implementation of digitization projects, the implementation of regulatory requirements, and the optimization of processes in interdisciplinary teams, for example in the securities or credit context.
You will gather, analyze and prioritize technical requirements and design technical solutions (technical concepts, user stories).
You communicate and coordinate with the specialist department, IT development, and other project stakeholders.
You actively support the creation of offers, present them to our customers and participate in the development process of our banking portfolio.
You will independently build your team/department with a topic-specific focus and actively participate in developing new customer (areas).

What do we expect from you?

Personal background: You have a degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or mathematics, ideally with a focus on finance. Furthermore, you have banking-related training and further education or a comparable qualification.
Industry expertise: You possess sound professional and project experience in (agile) project and stakeholder management for banks and financial service providers, ideally with personnel responsibility. Furthermore, you are thoroughly familiar with banking processes (e.g., onboarding, trading, product management, portfolio management) and have experience with regulatory requirements and, ideally, industry-standard applications.
Technical skills: You possess comprehensive methodological knowledge in the conception of technical requirements and their implementation in agile, hybrid, and traditional project environments. You also have practical experience in process management and process mapping.
Thirst for knowledge: You are characterized by strong teamwork skills and are also inquisitive and flexible in order to learn and continuously develop yourself in a dynamic environment.
AI understanding: Experience in the productive use of modern AI tools to support your daily work.
On the road: You are ready to travel and flexible to advise our customers on-site throughout Germany.
