ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst and Reporting Specialist within the Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (MCoE) at TAFE NSW, you will lead and execute the end-to-end design, collection, validation, and reporting of data across complex systems to support strategic, operational, and compliance needs. You will be directly responsible for gathering high-quality data, developing advanced reporting solutions, and delivering actionable insights to a diverse range of stakeholders including executive leadership, government bodies, and internal teams. This role demands a deep understanding of modern data strategy, ethical data use, and privacy standards, ensuring that all data practices are transparent, accurate, and aligned with State and Commonwealth requirements. Regional travel to MCoE campuses in Newcastle, Wetherill Park, and Wollongong is required.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HOLD A:

• Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
• Extensive experience in managing regulatory compliance and/or financial control operations for a large organisation.
