The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst / Associate to join our growing advisory team. This role will be central to the execution of complex transactions, investment analysis, and strategic projects across the renewable energy sector. You will work directly with senior advisors on high-profile mandates, applying your deep technical skills in financial modelling and commercial analysis to deliver investor-grade outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and audit detailed financial models for renewable energy and infrastructure projects, including wind, solar, and BESS assets
• Develop valuation analyses (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comps, project finance) and scenario sensitivities
• Produce top-tier investment banking quality PowerPoint materials, including transaction decks, investment committee papers, and board reports
• Support transaction execution including data room management, due diligence coordination, and deal structuring
• Conduct sector research, market mapping, and benchmarking in renewable energy and infrastructure markets
• Work collaboratively in a small, high-performance team with direct exposure to senior clients and decision-makers

Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, project finance, or Big 4 infrastructure advisory (or equivalent)
• Proven track record building complex project finance and valuation models, preferably in renewables (wind, solar, BESS)
• Exceptional PowerPoint and written presentation skills – able to distil complex analysis into clear, compelling outputs
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project structures, PPAs, financing arrangements, and capital stack dynamics
• Highly analytical, detail-focused, and able to work to tight deadlines in a deal-driven environment
