Description

• Generate (excluding Partner approval) all invoices/credit notes/close-outs specific to client accounts/engagement letters/contracts/internal policies including Business Services admin invoices • Deliver invoices to clients via digital mail services or via upload to payment platforms • Execution of job opening requests in our PMS • Closely monitor job management (close or suspend jobs, Time transfers, WIP write-off, write-on, close outs,…) • Support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close • Communicate with internal and external clients to collect documentation for invoicing, inputting and processing transactions into our PMS • Contribute to enhanced data quality by regular updates of job records according to information from business • Execute time transfers as back-up of STAR Data Assistant • Understand and apply administrative procedures, policies, and practices • Contribute to the realization of a centralized and automated billing process • Execute test plans for new releases of PMS • Other ad hoc administrative duties
