You’ll work closely with international marketing teams, data scientists, and CRM specialists to analyze customer behavior, optimize communication journeys, and build intelligent reporting and automation tools. Your work will directly influence how 21 countries engage with millions of customers—transforming data into actionable insights, scalable processes, and impactful business outcomes. Your responsibilities Implementing projects in cooperation with marketing teams from 21 countries worldwide and the METRO Group headquarters in Düsseldorf Analyzing and preparing reports on executed marketing and customer-related activities Collaborating with the Data Science team Automating CRM communication processes (Adobe Journey Optimizer) Creating data visualizations (Looker Studio / MicroStrategy) Participating in the development of tools and processes for customer communication management, including defining requirements for new functionalities Integrating data sets from multiple sources Ensuring high quality of processed and reported information Qualifications Bachelor's degree is mandatory 5+ years experience in the analysis and execution of CRM marketing campaigns, with an understanding of their specific characteristics Interest in customer behavior analysis within the FMCG sector Proficiency in Excel / Access Knowledge of SQL (BigQuery); experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Real-Time CDP is an advantage Experience in preparing data visualizations using BI tools Strong conceptual thinking and a creative, solution-oriented approach Excellent analytical skills Good command of English, allowing for effective daily communication within an international team Willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies Additional Information Participation in international projects across 21 countries Exciting work in the dynamic environment of METRO, one of the leading global wholesale companies Real opportunities for creative input and implementing your own ideas and solutions Career development opportunities in various areas of modern retail operations Friendly and informal working atmosphere Work Model: Hybrid
