For more information, visit Lowes India_lowes.co.in Overview of role Will serve as a key finance partner for the ADG(Artisan Design Group) business, driving financial reporting, analyses, FP&A and business case development. Role requires strong finance acumen and the ability to distill complex operational and financial data into actionable insights. The analyst will play a hands-on role in measuring performance of different ADG BUs, tracking and visualizing trends, planning and forecasting activities and supporting strategic initiatives such as capital investments. Key Responsibilities Own and publish recurring financial and operational reports with high accuracy and timeliness. Drive weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual forecasting and planning processes. Decompose performance of financial metrics to analyze business performance across sales, margin, expenses; highlight risks and opportunities. Build new business cases, measure against case KPIs, by modeling scenarios and measuring returns. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand drivers of performance and deliver insights. Use advanced visualization techniques to simplify financial and operational narratives. Contribute to the automation and enhancement of existing reporting processes. Qualifications & Skills 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis finance, preferably in a retail or services environment. Strong background in Finance and financial acumen to link sales and margin decisions to P&L outcomes. Strong technical skills: Advanced Excel (Must-have). Power BI + Data Visualization (Good-to-have). MBA in Finance or Master’s in Finance (required). Demonstrated ability to build and analyze financial models and assess investment cases. Strong logical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
