QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial analytics within fast-paced, data-driven environments in a hospital or industry setting
• A strong communicator, a natural business partner, and someone who demonstrates big-picture thinking with a strong grasp of details and a can-do attitude.
• Strong experience with automation tools and coding to streamline data extraction, enhance reporting efficiency, and support process automation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and building complex models.
• Expert in modeling business cases and building management reports
• Ability to interpret large amounts of financial and non-financial data and summarize it to present meaningful information to various levels of management
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive in owning projects and processes, working independently without detailed instruction
• Multi-tasker with a solid sense of prioritization and the ability to work under pressure; well organized
• Problem solver with a results-oriented approach; confident in dealing with operations
• Experience in a major ERP (e.g. SAP) and Business Intelligence (e.g. Cognos TM1 Planning Analytics, Microsoft PowerBI) system preferred
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with all levels of management including Senior Management and Executives
