Senior Analyst, Business Systems Analysis Responsibilities • As a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Product and Quality Systems (EPQS) IT, you will partner closely with Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and business partners to support and modernize ADI’s quality management systems landscape. • Drive harmonization of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across sites, businesses, and legacy platforms, with a focus on standard data models, workflows, and reporting. • Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for quality applications, reports, and integrations. • Collaborate with global delivery teams, including India-based development and support teams and business and IT partners in the U.S., to prioritize enhancements, clarify requirements, and ensure high-quality execution. • Use SQL to analyze quality, reliability, and manufacturing data across QMS and related databases to support root cause analysis, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop and maintain lightweight application logic, scripts, or utilities using PHP to support QMS workflows, data validation, reporting, or system integrations where needed. • Support enhancements to quality systems covering areas such as nonconformance management, product change notice (PCN) systems, reliability managements systems (RMS), customer quality incidents, change control, audits, manufacturing, supply chain, and reliability data. • Partner with Quality to improve data consistency, traceability, and usability across product, manufacturing, and supplier quality domains. • Participate in defect and issue triage, helping identify data or system gaps and driving resolution through coordinated action with IT and business stakeholders. • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to support consistent global use of EPQS applications. • Support ongoing system rationalization and modernization efforts by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and retire redundant or low-value quality system functionality. Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Analyst, preferably supporting quality, manufacturing, or product lifecycle systems. • Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience querying and analyzing data in relational databases to support business and quality use cases. • Experience with PHP for application support, scripting, or backend logic; ability to read, debug, and enhance existing code. • Experience supporting or integrating Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related enterprise applications. • Semiconductor manufacturing, quality, or reliability experience strongly preferred, including familiarity with concepts such as yield, defectivity, DPPM, reliability testing, and failure analysis. • Experience working with globally distributed teams, including offshore development or support partners (India experience a plus). • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with MES and manufacturing data sources is a plus (e.g., OpCenter, PROMIS, SPC, test or inspection data). • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
