WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Define business requirements and user stories for IT projects.
• Manage projects from scoping through to launch, ensuring effective task organization, problem resolution, and communication.
• Perform business analyses, including competitor analysis and operational efficiency assessments.
• Plan, prepare, and implement procedures for operational or technical support to achieve specific business objectives.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to address planning, execution, and technical needs.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test analysis.
• Provide post-production support and monitor performance to ensure project objectives are met and sustained.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.

• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
