About This Opportunity.
Join JLL’s leading Capital Markets team in Melbourne and advance your career in office investment sales and acquisitions. This Senior Analyst role provides direct exposure to sophisticated institutional office transactions, working alongside investors on high-profile opportunities throughout Melbourne’s thriving commercial market.
What You’ll Do.
Drive Office Investment Transactions
Manage end-to-end sale campaigns
Develop sophisticated financial models for valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions
Coordinate due diligence processes and stakeholder liaison
Support transactions across CBD and suburban markets
Build Institutional Relationships
Develop relationships with institutional office investors
Provide market updates and transaction reports to clients
Support client coverage initiatives and respond to investment inquiries
Deliver Market Intelligence
Conduct research on office property trends and market fundamentals
Prepare market reports analysing supply/demand dynamics
Monitor development pipelines and capital flows
Create Investment Materials
Prepare pitch materials and investment memorandums
Deliver presentations to investors and stakeholders
Develop marketing strategies for office assets
What We’re Looking For.
Bachelor’s degree in Property, Real Estate, Economics or related field
Experience in office property investment or institutional capital markets
Exceptional financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of office fundamentals and lease structures
Knowledge of institutional capital markets and investment trends
Outstanding analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Team player with ability to work independently under pressure
