The Senior Analyst position offers an outstanding career development opportunity within JLL's Office Investments platform, part of our world-leading Capital Markets business. You'll gain direct exposure to sophisticated institutional office transactions whilst contributing to JLL's market-leading investment advisory practice across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities: Execute high-profile office transactions and deliver comprehensive market analysis. Develop financial models and investment recommendations for institutional clients. Prepare detailed cash flow projections and return metrics (IRR, NPV, yield). Create compelling pitch materials and investment memorandums that win mandates. Manage end-to-end sale campaigns including data room preparation and vendor/buyer liaison. Liaise with office tenants, property managers, and building owners throughout the transaction process. Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding office market conditions and investment opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional office investors, understanding their specific portfolio strategies and investment criteria. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics highly regarded. 5+ years' experience in office property investment or institutional capital markets, or related field. Exceptional financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency (Forbury experience preferred). Strong understanding of office property fundamentals and lease structures. Outstanding analytical and communication abilities for institutional client interaction. Current or pathway to QLD Real Estate Registration/ Licence. What JLL can offer you: Recognition benefits.
