Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. ● Minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, or Sales. ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. ● Experience with Tableau or similar data analysis tools. ● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business decisions. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. ● Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business challenges. ● Highly organized, with strong time management and attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time. ● Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry. ● Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). ● Experience supporting field sales teams in a matrixed organization. Responsibilities
