Your Role As a Senior Analyst you will drive strategic enhancements and deliver high-quality analysis across our Travel and Accident & Health (A&H) business for Australia & New Zealand. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with teams across underwriting, distribution, operations, and IT to optimise systems and workflows, support strategic projects, and ensure seamless rollout of new enhancements. You’ll be responsible for analysing business processes, preparing insightful reports and dashboards, managing platform errors, and facilitating requirements workshops with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation to identify opportunities for optimisation Plan and coordinate systems and platform changes, including quality assurance monitoring Manage requirements gathering, change requests, and facilitate workshops with business users Oversee day-to-day operations and support strategic project execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams for training and implementation activities Monitor industry trends and drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and partnership quality Prepare dashboard reporting, production monitoring, and ad hoc reports for stakeholders
