Location: Kai Tak, Kowloon Employment period: Permanent We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join the Digital Finance & Risk – Commercial Management team. The role is responsible for commercial planning and contract management so as to drive the cost optimization, requiring strong analytical ability, clear communication skills, and a commercially driven mindset.   Job Responsibilities:   * Support the development of commercial management processes and control measures to minimize risk and enhance operational performance, including commercial planning inputs for digital and business budgeting, forecasting and business case reviews. * Support on identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing digital investments spending through commercial options analysis (e.g., scope trade-offs, term/volume options, consumption optimisation). * Maintain accurate contract and renewal records, ensuring effective administration of all commercial terms with stakeholders. * Run a renewal calendar and early‑warning process for key contracts; compile options and negotiation levers ahead of vendor calls. * Support contract renewals and commercial discussion by preparing pricing and term comparisons, scenario modelling, and recommendation to secure favorable outcomes. * Prepare and present budget status and optimization reports to senior management with clear commercial insights and recommendations for decision making. * Conduct financial analysis for digital products and services, including scenario modelling and investment business cases. * Coordinate with Procurement and Legal to apply standard commercial guardrails (SLAs, metrics, termination protections) in digital contracts and renewals * Track SLA performance and initiate corrective action plans with service providers. * Benchmark Digital cost and commercial terms against market to evidence value‑for‑money.   Requirement: * A recognized university degree in Business Management, Commercial, Finance or relevant disciplines. Knowledge and experience on cloud service or Information Technology would be an advantage * At least 5 years' relevant working experience in IT commercial, Vendor management, Cloud cost management or being contract manager for other companies * Understanding major IT products and Professional service such as Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow, other cloud subscription and online products, etc. or have exposure and experience working with major IT suppliers on this aspect will be an advantage * Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills. * Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to interpret market and financial data to identify trends and cost‑saving opportunities. * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  * Proficient in PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps, Oracle FDI, and other analytical tools. * Proficiency in AI tools * Fluent in both Cantonese and English ABOUT CLP CLP was founded in Hong Kong in 1901, at a time when electricity was still a novelty worldwide.
