Join our Regulatory Assurance team based in Sydney who play a key role conducting risk based assurance reviews across Macquarie’s operating groups to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

What role will you play?
As a Senior Analyst, you will lead the end-to-end review process, scoping the review, executing fieldwork to test key regulatory processes and controls and reporting high quality results to senior management. You will identify issues and corresponding actions throughout reviews, along with recommendations for achieving greater compliance.

What you offer

• Prior experience in Assurance, Internal/External Audit or Control Testing role
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Analytical, curious and inquisitive mindset to proactively identify issues, determine root causes and propose viable solutions

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal coupled with strong project management skills to ensure reviews are executed within agreed timeframes.Prior experience working with Australian Financial Services Laws and Regulations will be advantageous.
