Description
XPO India Shared Services  Location: Pune Experience: 2 years   Key Responsibilities: Manage matter intake and distribution to responsible attorneys or business partners in a timely and accurate manner. Support subpoena and personnel record request compliance ensuring timely and accurate responses. Audit legal supplier invoices for adherence to billing guidelines, negotiated terms, and contractual obligations. Restricted party screening and third-party diligence remediation. Support knowledge management initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across platforms and repositories, including records retention policy. Collaborate with the Head of Legal Operations to design workflows and enhance existing workflows that enhance department efficiency, transparency and accountability. Administer all business/vendor/internal agreements and contracts for India, and partner with US Procurement counsel to support supplier contract negotiation. Assist with labor and employment matters, and compliance investigations. Maintain organized corporate records for XPO India Shared Services, LLP, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and applicable legislation. Support engagement and onboarding of legal suppliers ensuring compliance with company policies.   Education/ Experience: At a minimum, you’ll need: A Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle concurrent projects and deadlines The ability to work a hybrid work schedule and be available for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. It’d be great if you also have: A Law Degree 5 or more years of experience in legal operations, compliance, contract negotiation, or legal counsel Familiarity with legal software tools such as Legal Tracker, Relativity and OpenText Legal Hold Experience with business intelligence platforms like Power BI and Looker. The ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively across teams A self-starter attitude with a continuous improvement mindset Be part of something big
