Description
Responsibilities * Understand the values and vision of the organization. * Protect the Intellectual Property. * Adhere to all the policies and procedures. * Set up and manage Marketo engagement programs and nurture streams. * Execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics. * Leverage Munchkin V2 tracking to retain anonymous engagement data and enhance lead scoring accuracy. * Set up, refine, and manage lead scoring models using merged activity datasets for targeted campaigns. * Build automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis using behavioural data. * Manage campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integrations within Marketo. * Ensure accurate and timely lead routing and assignment logic in Salesforce. * Maintain Salesforce data quality through deduplication, data standardization, and enrichment. * Conduct secondary research to verify and enhance database records with contact and firmographic details.   Essential Skills Job * 4+ years of advanced hands-on experience in Marketo, including engagement programs, lead scoring, and CRM integration. * 3+ years experience in Salesforce CRM (Lightning) for lead/contact management, reporting, dashboards, and campaign setup. * Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data alignment. * Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel(pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas). * Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnel processes. Personal * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Problem-solving mind set with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude. * Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to global team collaboration.   Preferred Skills Job * Experience with database management, enrichment tools, and marketing analytics. * Exposure to additional automation or reporting tools(Power BI, HubSpot, or Alteryx). * Understanding of data privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
