Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

This role is pivotal in supporting the Cross Energy Transition Team in developing and implementing transversals and creating operational excellence. These initiatives are designed to ensure the energy transition (ET) research teams is utilizing best practice widely and deploying cutting edge AI tools, thereby significantly increasing their capacity to focus on core capabilities. The role involves working alongside the other Cross Energy Transition team members to gather feedback on ET research workflow challenges, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with team members on scalable solutions. The role will involve aspects of a project manager, meaning there will be a focus on tracking improvements, creating standard operating procedures for consistency and efficiency, facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams and ensuring projects are moving forward. For example, working with multiple teams to automate data collection or simplify the publishing of research reports.
