Senior Analyst, Customer Insights
This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of consultants to important functions across Hilton! As a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights, you will support Hilton’s Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. As a member of the Customer Insights team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Insights, you will play a key role in advancing Hilton’s Voice of Customer analytics and overall program. You will collaborate across many disciplines at Hilton to understand business needs, conducting proactive advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, and measuring the impact of business initiatives on guest experiences.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience in a customer experience measurement or analytics role
  • One (1) year experience utilizing both SQL and R
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Hybrid work schedule from McLean, VA
