Overview:
Mastercard’s Services Marketing team is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing professional for the ANZ region. This role will align customer marketing strategies with regional product growth objectives to plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies focused on the customer.
As a Customer Marketing Analyst, you will work with the local sales and field marketing teams to plan and execute customer marketing initiatives targeting mid- and bottom-funnel engagement. These campaigns will leverage a broad mix of marketing tactics including events, digital activations and email nurture programs with the goal of educating the customer and driving upsell/cross sell revenue. You’ll represent the regional and local country marketing needs to the global customer marketing team, to facilitate understanding of what is needed to be successful in the market.
This role requires a person who can be collaborative with other teams while managing multiple projects and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. We value the ability to grow together, move fast, and create value for our customers and stakeholders.
