EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 7+ years in analytics or data science roles
  • 3+ years in eCommerce or digital marketplaces

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Advanced SQL and experience with modern data warehouses
  • Proficient in Python or R for data wrangling, modeling, and visualization
  • Skilled in Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce funnels, category & vendor management analytics, sales attribution, and marketing metrics.
  • Proven ability to distill complex analyses into stories for non‑technical stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with machine learning techniques for recommendation and forecasting

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you’ll uncover revenue and margin opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This is a hybrid role, based in the Vancouver, BC area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance across the business. Deliver clear, concise analyses that uncover revenue and margin opportunities, and inform prioritization of strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • ️ Tell the Story: Translate complex data into compelling, executive-ready narratives that influence high-level decision-making. Present to Senior Leadership level audiences and influence roadmaps for Product, Marketing, Vendor Management and Logistics.
  • Drive Change: Proactively identify gaps in and improvements in our business, continually advocating for optimization and advocate for data-based decision making throughout the organization, working with business owners throughout the organization to tackle complex problems using data and insights.
  • Mentor & Lead: Coach junior analysts and business partners on statistical rigor, code quality, and visualization. Champion a culture of experimentation, reproducible research, and continuous improvement.

The Salary Range for this role is between $90,000 and $120,000, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits which includes:
