What You Will Do: The P&WC engine programs are powering 5 engine markets: Regional turboprop aircrafts, General aviation aircrafts, Business jets aircrafts, Helicopters and Auxiliary power systems on larger aircrafts, which help connecting people and economies around the world. The Data Analyst supports the Customer Programs Hub (CPH) organization by developing data products, building data quality monitoring controls, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role works closely with Data Stewards, Data Engineers, Digital Technology (DT) teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that enterprise data is reliable, monitored, and structured for analytics, reporting, and operational insights. Responsibilities include: Develop and maintain data products in Databricks, preparing curated datasets ready for publication and downstream consumption. Design and implement data quality monitoring dashboards and reporting controls to track data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Support the Data Stewardship team by translating recurring data issues into automated monitoring controls, validations, and reporting tools. Analyze operational data to identify patterns, anomalies, and systemic data quality issues. Contribute to data governance initiatives, including data standardization, metadata documentation, and monitoring controls. Develop SQL queries, data transformations, and analytical workflows to support operational reporting and data governance initiatives. Collaborate with data engineers from DT and system owners from the business to ensure data pipelines and datasets are structured for reliable analysis and reporting. Contribute to the development of data models, curated datasets, and analytical views used by internal teams. Support internal teams by delivering analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations that drive operational efficiency. Provide analytical support to stakeholders by delivering insights, reports, and visualizations that support operational decision-making. Participate in root cause investigations of recurring data issues and help design analytical solutions to prevent recurrence. Qualifications You Must Have: B.Sc/ B.C.A/ B.E/ B.Tech in Data Analytics/ Data Science/ Big Data/ Computer Science/ IT. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in Data Engineering Or Data Analytics roles Working experience in the aviation industry, preferably within Technical Services, Customer Support Services, or Engineering data environments. Experience developing analytical datasets or data products in modern data platforms such as Databricks or similar environments. Experience writing SQL queries and performing data transformations for analytics and reporting. Hands-on experience developing analytical datasets or data products in modern data platforms such as Databricks or similar cloud-based environments. Demonstrated experience working with large operational datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and data integrity issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders Qualifications We Prefer: Experience working with Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud-based data platforms (Azure / AWS) for large-scale data processing and analytics. Experience building interactive dashboards and analytical visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with data pipelines, Lakehouse architecture, and curated data layers used in modern analytics platforms. Exposure to Python, PySpark, or automation scripting for data processing and analytical workflows. Shifts/Work Hours: UK Shift (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST). Hybrid Model Location: Bengaluru.
