As a Senior Analyst in our Sydney Debt Advisory division, you'll work alongside our Executive Directors and Co-Heads of Debt & Structured Finance on complex transactions shaping Australia and New Zealand's real estate finance market. Key Responsibilities: Financial Modelling: Providing analytical support and financial modelling for debt-related transactions Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing to support finance decision-making Transaction Management: Assisting in the due diligence process for transactions Supporting senior team members in client interactions and deal execution Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet transaction timelines and objectives Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and objectives Provide regular updates and reports to clients throughout the transaction process Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and requests Market Analysis & Research: Performing market research and industry analysis Prepare comprehensive market reports and presentations for clients and internal teams Stay abreast of economic indicators and their potential impact Presentation & Pitch Preparation: Assist in the creation of high-quality pitch materials and finance memorandums Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, investors and internal stakeholders Contribute to the development of marketing strategies Team Collaboration: Collaborate with analyst colleagues and senior team members to execute complex transactions Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and best practices Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field Previous experience in real estate finance, banking, or similar industry Strong analytical and quantitative skills Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and capital markets Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications What JLL Can Offer You: Premium office space and workplace perks.
