We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Analyst – Decision Science In this role, you will: Provide independent oversight and challenge to the first line’s Asset Liability Capital Management (ALCM) activities, ensuring that risk management practices align with the bank’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management frameworks, policies, and controls related to ALCM (Asset Liability Capital Management) risk. Lead the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risks within ALCM, including interest rate risk in the banking book (Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book), liquidity risk, and capital adequacy. Ensure comprehensive risk assessments are conducted, and appropriate controls are in place to mitigate identified risks Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements related to ALCM (Asset Liability Capital Management) risk, including Basel III/IV, IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book) guidelines, and local regulatory frameworks. Oversee the preparation of high-quality risk reports and presentations for senior management, the Board of Directors, and regulatory bodies. To be successful, you will: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on ALCM (Asset Liability Capital Management) treasury, or balance sheet management within a financial institution. Deep knowledge of ALCM (Asset Liability Capital Management) risks, including liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and capital management, with a proven track record of managing these risks at a senior level. Experience in a second-line risk stewardship or risk oversight role is highly desirable. Significant experience in leading stress testing and capital planning initiatives, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a deep understanding of financial modeling, stress testing, and scenario analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and advising senior stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including Basel III/IV and IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book), with experience in regulatory reporting and compliance. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
