Your primary objective is to ensure that support for project implementation and resolution of production issues is provided to Emerson business units in a timely manner. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing the configuration of the application based on business requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM standards, focusing on Oracle HCM Learn module. Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Learn module in different world areas. Analyze, test, and implement new system features. Facilitate existing customer functionality enhancements. Assist in testing new configurations before migrating to the Production environment. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field. At least 2 years of experience in project implementation and business support with Oracle HR, Recruit, Talent Management, and/or any Learning Management System. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent customer service orientation. Willingness to work on a night shift schedule. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus. Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices is a plus.
