ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Analytics & Strategy team as a Senior Analyst, Digital Initiatives based in NLD. The Senior Analyst, Digital Initiatives supports the team with new global Digital Initiatives (e.g. the roll out of Kiosks in UK, Germany, Australia, US…), as well as regional digital channels (e.g. Delivery performance in EMEA). Your role will partner both the Global Digital Team (based in London and Miami) and Regional implementation teams (digital marketing, digital operations), and you will be responsible for ensuring these functions and their senior stakeholders have high quality, robust data to make decisions, as well as plan and execute strategy.
The role is focused on transactional level data (e.g. point of sales data, basket analysis), not digital analytics (e.g. customer journey data, app user tracking).
