SUMMARY The Senior Analyst role supports the Document Review Services Team Lead on active projects assigned to respective review team. This role understands client requirements, reviews documents, extracts applicable data, and validates the extracted information with peers. The Senior Analyst addresses different patterns observed during audits and updates Junior Analysts or other team members. This role assists higher level employees, escalates more complex issues. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes documents, takes notes and tags content according to project specifications Collaborates closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to stay updated on the latest project instructions and updates Performs Audits on assigned projects Performs validation on final work product Utilizes review tools such as Relativity, 4IG, and custom tools to identify required documents and extract data from them Provides findings promptly in the respective projects Performs basic searches to identify patterns in the project Identifies data access timing and indicators based on analysis Ensures integrity and quality in project analysis and coordinates with SME’s to manage multiple projects daily Achieves set targets for each project Assists higher level employees, escalates more complex issues Appropriately utilizes established procedures and methods to review and validate the documents Works under limited supervision from Team Lead with occasional targeted guidance on new projects Develops relationships within immediate team and begins to expand network to related areas of the organization May perform other duties as assigned by management SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong understanding of review document analysis especially in data breach review Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience working in a team environment. Experience with Windows OS, Virtual Machines, and Microsoft applications Knowledge and/or experience with various Review platforms (like Relativity, Xerox etc.) Strong knowledge in Microsoft application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc,) JOB REQUIREMENTS Typically requires Associate's Degree and 4-6 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years related experience Must have at least 4+ years of Document review experience, PII/PHI review experience, preferred Degree in Law, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Statistics or Bachelor's Degree Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week, as needed DISCLAIMER The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
