Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Tableau professional with strong expertise in data engineering and advanced data visualization. The role requires working closely with data teams, business stakeholders, and analytics groups to build scalable data pipelines and deliver impactful dashboards that drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Tableau & Visualization Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports Translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual analytics Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability Implement best practices for data storytelling and visualization standards Data Engineering Work with large datasets from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms) Build and maintain data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes Perform data transformation, cleansing, and validation Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business teams to understand KPIs and reporting needs Provide analytical insights and recommendations based on data Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis Performance & Maintenance Monitor dashboard usage and performance tuning Troubleshoot data and reporting issues Maintain documentation for data flows and reporting logic Required Skills 6–8 years of hands-on Tableau experience (Desktop + Server/Cloud) Strong expertise in: Data modeling SQL (advanced queries, optimization) ETL concepts and tools Experience with data warehousing concepts Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices Experience working with large-scale structured and semi-structured data Familiarity with Python/R/Alteryx (good to have) Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Work Requirements Must be comfortable working in night shift Hybrid work model (office + remote) Good to Have Tableau certification Experience in BI modernization projects Exposure to data governance and security frameworks eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
