The Senior Analyst – Employee Travel & Facility Support will manage employee travel services, primarily car and hotel bookings, and provide limited facility support (10–15%). The role focuses on smooth travel operations, policy compliance, vendor coordination, and basic facility coordination to support office operations. Key Responsibilities Employee Travel (85–90%) Manage end‑to‑end car and hotel bookings for employees as per company travel policy Coordinate with cab vendors, hotels, and travel partners for bookings, changes, and cancellations Ensure timely confirmations and address travel‑related issues and escalations Ensure travel requests are approved and policy‑compliant Maintain accurate travel records, reports, and MIS Handle employee travel queries professionally and within timelines Support leadership travel, onboarding travel, and urgent business travel Facility Support (10–15%) Support day‑to‑day facility‑related coordination (basic vendor follow‑ups, requests, and issue tracking, housekeeping and security) Coordinate with internal teams for office logistics as required Assist with tracking facility requests and ensuring timely resolution Support the Admin/Facility team during high‑volume or critical requirements   Experience & Education 3–6 years of experience in employee travel, admin operations, or corporate services Hands‑on experience with car and hotel booking processes Some exposure to facility or admin support is an added advantage Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory, if applicable) Good communication (verbal and written) Vendor and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines Attention to detail and problem‑solving approach
