Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Manual Tester with 4+Years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC), be detail-oriented, and capable of designing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases to ensure product quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities: * Review and analyse system specifications, requirements, and user stories. * Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. * Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Identify, document, and track bugs/defects using tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. * Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely resolution of issues. * Participate in test planning, test estimation, and test case review meetings. * Ensure that testing deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. * Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing after code changes. * Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test summary reports, and traceability matrices. * Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. * 3–4 years of experience in manual testing of web applications. * Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies. * Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr). * Experience in preparing and maintaining detailed test cases and defect reports. * Knowledge of API testing using Postman (basic level). * Familiarity with SQL queries for data validation. * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
