Description
We are seeking an experienced ARIS 2.0 Process Model Migration & Remediation Specialist to support a large-scale process repository transformation initiative. The role is responsible for migrating and remediating approximately process models into the ARIS 2.0 environment by repairing broken application links, updating object attributes, aligning models with the Central Object Library, and ensuring compliance with ARIS 2.0 standards. The successful candidate will work closely with business process owners, functional champions, and triage teams to validate process requirements, resolve exceptions, and maintain the highest levels of model quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities ARIS Model Migration & Remediation * Migrate validated process models into the ARIS 2.0 environment. * Identify, analyze, and manually remediate broken application links within process models. * Update and validate object attributes in accordance with organizational and ARIS 2.0 standards. * Realign process objects with the Central Object Library and ARIS 2.0 method filters. * Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of process documentation during migration activities. * Perform database integration and deployment of remediated models into the ARIS 2.0 production repository. Quality Assurance & Validation * Conduct quality assurance reviews of remediated process models prior to deployment. * Verify model integrity, process logic, attribute completeness, and standards compliance. * Ensure migrated models meet agreed acceptance criteria and organizational governance requirements. * Maintain audit-ready documentation of remediation activities and quality checks. Stakeholder Collaboration & Support * Collaborate with triage teams, process owners, and functional champions to resolve migration exceptions and modeling issues. * Participate in troubleshooting sessions to clarify process logic and business requirements. * Escalate complex issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders. * Provide status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports to project leadership.
