We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst – eClinicalWorks (eCW) to support the implementation, optimization, and administration of our eClinicalWorks platform across clinical and administrative teams. This role reports to the Director of Product and Business Application Architecture and plays a key part in enhancing workflows, clinical efficiency, and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities: eCW System Administration Lead the configuration, support, and ongoing maintenance of the eClinicalWorks system Ensure alignment of the platform with clinical goals and workflows Customization and Optimization Recommend and implement workflow enhancements Customize templates, forms, and reports to optimize clinical use Implementation Support Support the rollout of new modules and upgrades Collaborate with stakeholders to meet clinical and business needs User Support and Training Provide training and technical support to clinical and admin staff Troubleshoot issues and promote user proficiency Clinical Workflow Analysis Work with providers to streamline clinical processes using eCW Data Integration and Reporting Integrate eCW with EHRs, PMS, and billing systems Develop reports and dashboards for operational insights System Optimization and Maintenance Monitor system performance and drive improvements Manage upgrades, enhancements, and vendor communications Compliance and Security Ensure HIPAA and other regulatory compliance Maintain security best practices across the platform Change Management and Documentation Manage change requests and version control Maintain documentation of workflows and system configs About You Required Knowledge and Skills Deep experience with eClinicalWorks, including mobile apps and AI modules Strong understanding of HIPAA, MACRA, Meaningful Use, and healthcare workflows Project management experience in healthcare IT settings Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, clinical, and vendor teams Ability to mentor junior team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5–7 years of hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks system administration and support Proficient with eCW customization and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports) Experience with HL7, APIs, and healthcare system integration Certifications in eClinicalWorks or Health IT (preferred) Tools and Technology Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with mobile health platforms and emerging AI tools We Offer Benefits for All Associates (Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem): Competitive Pay 401(k) with Company Match Career Advancement Opportunities National & Local Recognition Programs Teammate Assistance Fund Additional Full-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Mileage Reimbursement or Fleet Vehicle Program Generous Paid Time Off + 7 Paid Holidays Wellness Programs (Telemedicine, Diabetes Management, Joint & Spine Concierge Care) Education Support & Tuition Assistance (ASN to BSN, BSN to MSN) Free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) Company-paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance Voluntary Benefits (Pet, Critical Illness, Accident, LTC) If you're passionate about using technology to improve clinical workflows and patient care, we want to hear from you.
