Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to be responsible for developing, executing, and managing email marketing campaigns and programs in Marketo. This includes batch and event/webinar programs. This role includes:

  • Manage planning, builds using existing templates in our COE, QA, and scheduling/deployment, all while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and alignment with business strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns on an ongoing basis and analyze email data to gain insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving engagement and effectiveness.
  • Assist with other digital marketing efforts such as list imports, cropping images, and demonstrate initiative to proactively recognize, clarify, and resolve issues and needs beyond your immediate responsibilities.
  • Email & Campaign Management:
  • Lead all aspects of the email production process - creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns, including asset coordination, testing, QA, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Ensure process efficiency, timely and accurate deployment of campaigns, consistency in voice and brand messaging, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define overall objectives, reporting needs, and list requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure assets and campaign proofs delivered are accurate and delivered in timely fashion to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Provide concise and timely project milestones to business partners and stakeholders.
  • Co-manage the master marketing email calendar to ensure low email saturation.
  • Metrics Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of campaigns and programs on a proactive, ongoing basis.
  • Analyze data insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and drive measurable results.
  • Provide creative, functional, and technical solutions to improve campaign performance and offer practical, actionable recommendations.
