As a Senior Analyst within our Enforcement function, you’ll help shape the policies, systems, and tools that will strengthen the future of financial stability in New Zealand. In your role, you will conduct a thorough technical analysis of RBNZ’s enforcement operations and investigative processes so as to advise on, and support the implementation and delivery of, incoming changes under the DTA, including the new enforcement powers and tools it will bring. To be successful in this role you will bring: Tertiary qualification in law, economics, finance, or another enforcement related discipline. At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the fields of banking, financial markets, law, or at other enforcement agencies. Understanding of financial systems, especially NZ’s banking and regulatory frameworks. Experience working as part of a large complex change programme. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
