Description

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Aeronautics/Automobile Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in product development in the related field. Proficient in English language (Read, write &; speak). Hands-on experience in problem solving. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Proven proactivity on project execution. Capable of simplifying complex scenarios into simple &; reliable solutions. Master's Degree in an engineering-related field. Problem-solving approach with OPEX or Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience working with motors or rotative mechanical and/or electromechanical components. Experience in the selection &; application of materials for component design. Experience facilitating effective communication across teams. Experience launching products into the market. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. Knowledge of UL. Knowledge of APQP(advanced product quality planning) experience. Understanding &; reviewing simulation (FEM, FEA, CFD, CAD) reports &; incorporating recommendations into design.
