Through telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent. · Own and execute regular firewall rule reviews, recertification, and optimisation activities · Perform IDPS review processes, including alert tuning, use-case validation, control effectiveness checks, and remediation tracking · Monitor and maintain network security tooling to ensure operational health, resilience, and policy compliance · Investigate network security events, identify root causes, and recommend or implement corrective actions · Work with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to strengthen preventive and detective controls across the environment • Manage security control review cycles and maintain evidence for audit and governance purposes • Raise, track, and coordinate vendor cases through to resolution • Maintain standard operating procedures, review documentation, and technical runbooks • Identify rulebase improvements, policy exceptions, and control gaps, and escalate where appropriate • Support incident response and post-incident analysis relating to network security controls • Contribute to hardening standards, network segmentation, and secure design reviews Can act as a project manager from ideation process, influencing decisions to delivery and proactively look for opportunities and tools to improve the process. Should be able to manage team of technical engineers and lead at all levels. Should be able to clearly articulate business values to the senior stakeholders and should be able to challenge them. Understand the risk and controls around the platforms. Be able to appreciate truly Agile ways of working/development using tools like Jira/Confluence. Collaborate with peers across various levels for experiential learnings. Focus on scalability, resilience, security, quality and continuous rigour to reduce technical debt. Responsibilities
